What Is Stickyness?
Stickyness is about making people come back to your Web site. I once read a book authored by a salesman who said he kept notes about how he became a success, and that’s exactly what I have done. Over the years I kept notes of principles and techniques that made my sites flourish with traffic. Think about those sites we just can’t live without, like Ebay.com and Amazon.com.
